Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a system of treatment based on the structure and function of the body. The aim is to establish good function that will help the blood and nerve supply to the effected area improving the healing rate or activity of the area in question.

Pilates Instruction

These last for 1 hour and are particularly useful for developing strengthening routines for people with specific injuries. The Osteopaths will often recommend a visit to the Pilates instructor following their treatment to set up an easy routine that can be done regularly at home without taking too much time.

Sports/Therapeutic Massage

The benefits of massage have been recognised  for many thousands of years. The earliest records  date to China  in 2700BC and massage was practised by many other ancient cultures including Indian, Egyptian, Greek & Roman.

Dietitian

Dietitians are uniquely qualified to help translate scientific information into practical dietary advice. As well as providing impartial advice about nutrition and health, dietitians are trained to understand your medical condition and the nutritional requirements that are needed to treat disease and ill health.

Hypnotherapy

People often think of Hypnotherapy as being mainly for "Giving up Smoking" but it is far more than that. Advances in technique and understanding over recent years have made it a much more effective and powerful treatment. When used in conjunction with NLP and CBT it can treat stubborn problems suprisingly rapidly.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a natural form of medicine developed by a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, nearly 200 years ago. He used the principles of "like cures like" discovered by Hippocrates, father of medicine, 2000 years ago.
