Miranda graduated from The London School of Sports Massage, one of the premier training colleges in the country. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM). Miranda is also a paediatric nurse and is comfortable working with families and is happy to treat mothers who need to bring babies and young children.
Miranda is a competitive runner and understands the importance of massage for injury treatment and prevention. Miranda treats all levels of sports people from elite to recreational. She also helps those with muscle tension from occupational and postural stresses, including sedentary office workers and mothers with young families. She is also happy to treat pregnant women, as long as there is no medical contra-indication.
