Sports and Therapeutic Massage,   Richard Puxty

Richard Puxty is the massage practitioner at The Springbank Clinic.    He is an integrated part of the team of practitioners that combine to provide the best possible care and management for patients whether the symptoms are stress related, sports injuries or from other specific causes.

Richard studied Swedish massage obtaining a VTCT diploma. He then studied at the London School of Sports Massage, one of the premier training colleges in the country, again receiving a diploma there. He is a member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association).   When choosing a sports or therapeutic practitioner select a member of The Sports Massage Association. This shows that the practitioner chosen is insured and, more importantly, trained correctly and undergoing continual professional development.
