*Remember - you can book an online appointment with an osteopath for the next day.*
Sophie graduated with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy, one of only five in her year of a hundred students to achieve this. She has previously studied and achieved a degree in psychology at the university of Wales and a diploma in Sports massage and therapy. Sophie has a wide range of Osteopathic interests having taken part in specialist clinics involving Pregnant women, Elderly and sports injuries.
Her own participation in pilates, gym, dance and horse riding gives her a valuable insight into specific injuries relating to these activities as well as understanding the exercises a patient may have been given by an instructor and whether they are suitable for that specific condition.
Sophie is about to take part in the post graduate cranial course and from September 2007 will be able to use these techniques to complement her structural Osteopathy.
Sophie has also opened Cranbrook Osteopaths in Cranbrook, Kent.
