Tara Turgoose

*Remember - you can book an online appointment with an osteopath for the next day.*

Tara has been in practice since 1992 after training for a honours degree at the British School of Osteopathy. Her professional life started at Sevenoaks Osteopathic Practice, although she left to travel, work in osteopathic practice in Manchester , and start a family, she returned in Summer 2005 and has enjoyed working with familiar faces and seeing old patients again.

Tara 's style of treatment has developed into combination of traditional and cranial osteopathy. She varies her approach to suit the patient and the problem, and will treat anyone from a day old baby to a 100 year old adult, from a sedentary office worker to an athletic sportsperson. She has had experience treating babies and children in private practice and at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London .

She enjoys and encourages patients to participate in sports, Pilates, yoga, good diet and lifestyle to stay in balance and prevent ill-health.
